Title: Multiview
Post by: noah fenley on December 23, 2004, 07:14:37 PM
I installed this before I got my equipment
to try and get it all set up, but it
crashes. I got the equipment today and tried
to reinstall, it still crashes. To make
things worse, the Pan-tilt software crashes
immediately. Any ideas or suggestions?

I had the same problem and talked to tech.
support.  The driver updates he sent me fixed
most of the crashes. Attached is the e-mail
he sent me.

I finally managed to install Multiview and
got it to work(I must of called 10 times at
techsupport and keep them on the line, it
seems they a limited time to provide
solutions). But sadly, Multiview freezes up
and crashes my computer(high-end processor).
I am waiting for a call back...lol
From what I can see , the software has not
evolved from a 16 bit to 32 bit.It is
basically not compatible...Imagine if this
software passed muster with Microsoft!!!
