THEN I GET AN EMAIL THAT STATES THAT I X10
BUCKS IF I ENTER THE CODE.
WHERE IS THE CODE? I CALLED TECH SUPPORT
AND HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE CODE
WAS NOT THERE. WHY GIVE OUT X10 BUCKS WHEN
YOU CAN'T REDEEM THEM.
If you have save copies printout or invoice
or any proof for the X10 bucks. Email
directly to sales@x10.com. They will find
a way to let you redeem the x10 Bucks. It
happened to me before and they took care of
it.
