Title: MV-WV software..quiick fix

Ok. guys..what is the simple fix to . If you
installed this sofware and it works
properly, I should be able to check this
install MV and WV and have them start..you
know at least see the MV screen display. I
have installed MV on desktop and WV on
laptop.
Both --both these programs  crash on both
computors.They do not open up to show the mv
and wv window.
Pan tilt works- Pantiltproser , still have
issue,can not connect , freezes.. Xray works.
Xray remote works. Did not try email or
motion sensor opts , yet..Just want to get a
good install of MV and WV.
Any help appreciated.
KNow where to find THE PORTS that may be
important!

i had the same trouble & after re-installing
winxp & sp2 still had same trouble..finally
spoke to someone in sales who had previously
been in support that emailed me
'x10updates.zip' & it corrected the trouble.
i haven't tried the ports yet.
