Title: Wiring X-10 Cam for RC Plane
Post by: dave on April 21, 2005, 07:25:56 PM
I took apart one of my x-10 cams and just
want to use the cmos camersa itself without
the transmitter board and mount it to my RC
plane with my own transmitter and can not
get the camera to work. I can get sound but
no video. Does anybody know how to get the
video to work? I know:

yellow        video
white         sound
red           positive
blue & black  negative

but am unable to get the video to start.
tried 9 up to 12 volts and nothing. Camera
worked before i snipped it from sender
board.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Dave

Hi Dave,I don't know what you use for a
transmitter, but it has to be special for
video. Try login on to duncansonline and
see the supper minnie cam that's the size
of a penny and transmitts from a 9 volt.
Most are 200 MW but they have one 1500
Millie watts,receiver included.
