Have 3 XCam2 setup. Only can get video from
one cam at anytime when the trasceiver is
pointing ot it. Any way to get video from
all 3 cams? I have read about the setting
the power supply? Right now, I have the
transceiver set as "A". The cameras as A1,
A2 and A3. Is there an adjustment on the
camera itself?
Also, I have had the Multiview works. But
once I unplug it and re-plug it again. I
get the windows error.

The Power Supplies work in groups of four. 1-
4 5-8 9-12 and 13-16. Sending an ON to one
of the group turns off the other three.
Since all the cameras use the same transmit
frequency. More than on on at a time will
cause nothing but garbage on the screen.
Only one should be on at a time.

So, even if I can only view with one of the
3 cameras using the x-ray software. That
doesn't mean the other 2 is not working. Is
that right.
If I can get the multiview and webview to
work. Then I will be able to view from all 3
cameras. Right?

Only one can be running at at time. When you
send out A1 on the others in the group A2 A3
A4 turn off. That is the way the addressable
power supplies work. If you have two or more
running at the same time. The signals
interfere with each other and you get
garbage on the receiver.

I am having the same issues as the Original
poster. I have tried many different setting
via the power supply and the MV software. I
have tried A 1-3 and A1, A4, and A9 and
even A1, b4, c9 etc but no matter how i set
it up the power to all the cameras are
always on. I only get a picture of the
closest camera. If I unplug it then I get a
garbbled picture of the other two which i
fairly close to each other. Not sure how to
get the cameras to power on and off during
the rotation cause it seems to me they are
always on no matter what i do.

I have 8 camers and they work fine. Of
course only 1 can be viewed at a time. I
have the ninja robotic mount on all and they
all operate perfectly with the remote.

I have 3 camera sys. one camera has cont.
feed It will not switch off or to other
cameras. When the camer is unplug others
work fine. and switch between them. what's
the solution

Fix M; Try swapping a addressable power
supply from one thet works and the one that
is on all the time. If the problem is now on
the originally working one the supply has
failed in the ON mode. If the problem stays
on the original camera. Your X10 powerline
signal may not be getting to that cameras AC
outlet.

All,
I now know what these folks are up
against. It wasn't until I acutally pulled
the instructions and read them that I
finally found out what I was doing wrong.
In order to use multiple cameras under
MultiView you have to be able to transmit
off and on commands to the other cameras.
In order to do this, in addition to using
the A/V Receiver and Multiview, you have to
use the USB Wireless Tranceiver
(Firecracker) and also the transceiver
module (white box with antenna that plugs
into the wall). The Multiview software
will send signals out the USB Transceiver
out to the tranceiver module plugged into
the wall. This process will send signals
to the other cameras. After doing this all
worked well and am now a HUGE X10
supporter.
