Title: MP3 RF Receiver (MR26A-C)

Can anybody give me any info on this
product? It was in a box with stuff I
ordered about 4 years ago and it has no
info sheet with it.

I went to the forum tab. I can't find any reference or link to product manuals.

The MR26A RF Receiver is used with some of X-10's older entertainment products, to use RF signals from one of their Universal Remotes (like the UR81A) as input to their software running on the PC.

Newer products generally use the (USB) CM19A Receiver/Transmitter, which is somewhat more versatile in the types of signals it supports as well as having transmitting capability.
