Title: entry security

I belong to a model railroad club and we
have had an unauthorized entry during which
we lost about $500 in tools.  I am in the
process of installing a motion
detector/camera/recorder system to help
protect our layout room.  I want to be able
to disarm the system when or before an
authorized entry is made.  Are there any
suggestions as to the best way to accomplish
this task?

If you set it up correctly, an authorized
person can come in and go to the spot you
have hidden your remote and turn it off. You
have 30 seconds to turn it off. You have 60
to set it and get out.
