Title: X10 Pro Smart RF Repeater (PSX01)

Can I use the X10 Pro Smart RF Repeater
(PSX01) with my Protector Plus system or is
the SR731 the only repeater that will work
with it?

They should be the same, although there was two different versions of each model. I assume you have one or have a source for one. X10 has not made either model for several years.
