I recently installed a Radio Shack X10 alarm
system and added three X10 motion sensors
(MS10AS). My problem is that one motion
sensor keeps giving me false alarms. There
is no interior motion (pets, drapes, etc) but
about once every 30-90 minutes I get a false
alarm from the same sensor. The only thing I
could think of is that another motion sensor
in close proximity, slightly facing the
problem detector with maybe 10 degrees of
coverage overlap, is tripping it off.
Doesn't sound right to me, but is this possible?
BTW, setting the switch to "2" lets me walk
all over the place without the detector
picking me up. So that's out. :(
