Title: Two motion sensor stay active on my DS7000

Good morning.

I've had my DS7000 for a couple of months now.  Today I
notice that two motion sensor light on the console are
staying on.  How do I correct this problem for those two
sensors so the lights on the console go off and the sensor
act correctly?

Try re-initializing your system.

also make sure that the motion sensors are
not detecting motion.

Dear Craig,

If this is just happening recently my
question would be "Has the weather been
extremely hot lately or is the sun striking
the sensor?"  If you hanve the motion
sensors mounted on the wall too close to
the ceiling the sensor can mistake rising
hot air or heat/light changes from the
sunlight and mistake it for motion.  I had
a similar problem with my motion sensor -
it would go off for no reason, but when I
relocated lower on the wall and away from
the sun I have not had any problems since.
