Title: Possible to send an "all off" when arming "away"?

I'd like to send an "all off" to my lights
when i set my alarm (via SecureLinc) to
"away" (armed).  Alternatively, i'd like to
set a light or 2 to turn on when i walk up to
the house and use the keyfob to disarm the
alarm...
