Will the MS10A work with x-10 unit radio
shack plug n' power?

No the MS10A is a security type sensor and
doesn't send standard X10 ON OFF signals to
a Tranceiver. RS plug n' power modules are
X10 compatible with standard X10 controllers
tranceivers and remotes.

Will it work with an R.S. Security Console.
It should and I believe others have said
that in messages.
