Title: Modifying MS14a

Can a motion sensor such as a MS14a be
modifited with a magnetic contact closure to
operate as a DS10a.  I would like the door
sensor to transmit an x10 address directly,
rather than interface with a security system

Has a modification to add a magnetic reed switch to an MS14a and many other things.

More information. From the diagrams and
schematic. It looks like the jumper being
cut and used. Is in the Dusk/Dawn Circuit.
My guess is it will still send motion
detection signals on the main address and
the magnetic switch on the A+1 address.
