Title: Does anyone have a schematic and parts placement for the CM-11A?
Post by: tom cagan on November 15, 2005, 10:33:49 PM
I have three failed CM-11A PC interface
mosules.  I've looked inside, and found them
to be discrete components.  What I need is a
schematic and parts placemant diagram to be
able to troubleshoot them.

The only CM11A schematic I know of is of the power supply.  You can find it at: http://www.idobartana.com/hakb/CM11AX-10a.gif (http://www.idobartana.com/hakb/CM11AX-10a.gif)

You can also find other troubleshooting tips at that site.

I also have only seen the power supply
schematic. I have also seen a How to Fix
Overheating cm11a fix. Maybe on the same web
address as the schematic.

I tried that link and got the schematic for
the power supply only.Is this a common
problem with these cm11a interfaces?

I don't know. Mine worked fine for a few
years before I retired it for a different
type controller. I have seen messages about
them failing but no data on what it was.
Other than the overheating web fix that was
also on the same site.
