Title: simple setup - what do I need?
Post by: leif on January 22, 2006, 11:22:30 PM
I have one room with no overhead lights and
no receptacles that are wired to switches.
So I'd like to change out several existing
receptacles with the "Wall Receptacle
Module, Model SR227" so I can plug my CFLs
into them and control them with two
wireless rocker switches (on at each
entrance to the room). What else besides
the SR227's do I need to make this happen?

You will also need an X10 Tranceiver. It
takes the RF Remote signal from the wireless
switches and sends then over the powerline
to the wall socket. TM751 Tranceiver
