Title: AHP Interface loses data

I have had my AHP now for approx 1 year.  Randomly the interface loses config info and I have download timers and macros again.  I am now at a frequency of about once a week.  This is very frustrating.  I also would like to note that when the interface gets loopy it interferes with the x10 powerhouse and locks out the sensors from reporting.  This make the alarm system very unreliable.  Any ideas?

It sounds like something is wrong with the interface. Contact tech support and they should be able to send you a replacement.
