Title: Bad software

If one of the car manufactures put a car out that has a problem than they recall it.  You have aproblem withthe myhouse software.  It just does not work properly.  Trying to call tech support is useless as they do not have aclue about the software even though the pretend they do.  I have posted many emails about my problem with no help from you.  I believe X10 needs to start to thinking about a recall.

Calm down, Jerry.

X10 is very aware of the Myhouse Online problems. Both broadband users and dialup users have had problems connecting to the Myhouse server or staying connected.

There are thousands of lines of code in the software, it takes time with major problems to de-bug every line of code.  The server problems could be software or hardware based.  This is not going to be corrected today or tomorrow.

If you are so unhappy, delete the Myhouse software.
