What kind of wall switches?

Did you define then properly in AHP?

The Wall switch is a ws467............and it is defined correctly in AHP

All my WS467's respond to ON and OFF commands in AHP.

However, if the local switch on the WS467 is in the "off" position, the light will not operate. If the local switch is in the correct (on) position (directly under the local control button), AHP should be able to operate it.

If the problem persists, delete the switch from AHP, save the file, close AHP. Re-open AHP, clear the interface, recreate the WS477 and make sure AHP turns the lights on and off.  Save the file and upload to the interface.

I had this problem (light switches turn on but not off) also.

In my case, it was a signal problem. I had to add some noise filters and an active coupler/repeater to fix it, but now everything works perfectly.
