Throwing pop-ups at users is a feature you need to remove. I would question the websites true intentions when I swat the annoying urgent message out of the way.

I agree. The constant pop-ups (which your bowser's pop-up blocker won't stop, as it opens a 2nd window) are very annoying.
If I was interested in X10's Security products, I wouldn't buy them, that's how irritating they are.

Yup, the popups are annoying-but posting this here is blowing smoke into the wind - nobody of any real consequence monitors this board. >:(

Actually, many important people at X10 read these forums. The team responsible for the X10securitysystems.com site is very actively monitoring, for example.

Thanks to everyone who reviewed x10securitysystems.com thus far. We do appreciate your input.
To to the best of our knowledge there are no pop-ups coded into our site. If you still think you get some, please specify where on the page.
Thanks! :)

The main X10 site has security pop-ups, which show up even if you have a blocker. That's been a gripe for several years, and for a while X10 USA would let you block them for a month, then they would start up again and you had to block them again and again.

Ditto on the pop ups! Bad-ju-ju!

I can't remember the last time I saw an anyone's pop up.
Does this mean have a better blocking software or am I just lucky so far. :)

I had the popups disabled for this site on Friday. Thank you for your input! ;)

Sounds like we have a friend in web marketing that is actually listening. ;)
Thanks Marko!

Why don't they reply? ??? :(
When will the replacement X10 Pro (for the long-departed employee / recently-returned X10 fan as MichaelC :) ) be hired and onboard here to answer the questions that the Volunteers don't have any background / knowledge / "inside track" for?
