Title: Video Sender Issue

I just wanted to know if you can use the wired cameras with only a power supply and hooked up directly to the tv, or do you need the video sender??

You should be able to hook it up directly to a TV. I have one of my wired cameras connected to my TV via a VCR and it works fine.
