Title: turning on and off my bedroom light

hi...so i would like to be able to turn on and off  the celling light in my room...so do i just order the wall switch WS467-Ha and the controller...Kr22a-HA.
Is the all the parts i need to get the job done...? or is there more parts to order?  Thanks

No that's basically all you need.

Later if you decide you want to automate things, you can get a mini timer and /or perhaps the AHP software.

I believe you will also need a Transceiver to receive the RF signals from the remote and send them over the powerline to the wall switch. TM751 would probably work fine.
Also the lights have to be incandescent and not like CFLs.

Good catch. I wasn't paying enough attention to realize he was going to use a remote to control the light.

edtmv: Check out the Home Control Kit for $69.99 at this page (http://www.x10minitimer.com/index.html). It could be more than you'll ever need or an inexpensive head start for your next project.

Using X10 is like eating potato chips you can't just control 1 device.  :)
