Uploading video to my own ftp server or webpage

Is there any way to have video or stills viewable on my website or my own ftp server?

I have all of the modules for activehome pro. All works well, I would just like to not have to use myhouse online all of the time.

Yes!
If sending Auto stills is good enough for you X10dispatcher will do it!  
Other thirdparty software may do it as well, the problem is having the programs be able to recognise the names AHP assigns the files!
