Some timers work and others do not

That one I have no Idea  I suspect it is because of the Other Transceivers! But for the exact reason I'd just be guessing!

I think your guess is probably correct.  The OnAlert devices are probably using the unit codes for the light that won't timer.

Sure sounds good.  Retrying without having any sensors powered NOR programmed should test that out?

This may sound dumb, but when you say Transceivers, what exactly do you mean, the cm15a or something else? I only have one cm15a.

I "Think" he meant the "Sensors" that are used for the OnAlert part of the system, but don't quote me on that.
