Motion Prevents Macro
« on: December 09, 2006, 11:25:21 PM »

To help explain my Wish List post on Motion Sensor Option, I thought I'd show the problem I see in AHP Version 3.204.

For this example I am using using BXVC (Bill's X10 Voice Commander) as the trigger. NOTE: The problem is NOT the method of trigger. (I seen the problem on other triggers first.)

The trigger is for a ConditionLESS Macro on address E2 to turn my Familyroom TV light OFF.

I set up a temporary MS16A motion sensor on (un-transceived) address A7 in the Familyroom for this test.

In the "macro go.jpg" example below, you can see that all worked OK... I was still when I requested the light be turned off.

In the "macro no go.jpg" example below, you can see the trigger for turning the light off is there, but because I moved and A7 On was transmitted, Macro E2 to turn J9 OFF (Familyroom TV Light) did not execute.

Has anybody else see this?
