Powerhouse lamp module & control. What Junk they sold me!!

I have had nothing but touble with the product I bought.  What a waste of money and time.  After buying the Powerhouse controller & several lamp modules.  I WANT MY MONEY BACK! >:( >:( >:(

If you give more details. "Nothing but trouble" doesn't give much to work on.
It is possible we can assist you in getting things going.
Have you tried looking at the Tutorials for hints and fixes?

I believe you have to call Customer Service go get an RA if that is what you want.

X10 products are not plug and play for most people! ::) There are many factors that can cause poor performance!

It always makes me double sad when I read that someone was disappointed with an X10 product. Sad once to read discourging things about X10, then sad again for the frustration that must be felt by the author.

Most (nearly all?) posts here at the forum are by ordinary users (and FANS) of X10 products, like myself. Not every X10 install always works as planned the 1st time, and nobody is immune from frustration. Thats why we have a forum.

However X10 is a reliable technology that is also a bunch of fun to use. Do yourself a favor (and a little research on the forum) and learn a bit more about X10 technology. Then clearly restate your problem (in detail). I think you will be surprised at how quickly your problems will be resolved.
