moved usb cable for video capture device VA11A

I moved my usb cable to the VA11A to a new port on pc. Win XP popup says found new hardware & sets up new intel pc camera pro #2 Now activehome & Vanguard says no video capture device found (VA11A) I look in  device mgr and under imaging devices it shows enabled & working, but shows up as intel pc camera #2 now. I tried to rename and win says device with that name already exist. What do I do to get it working?
