I never did either. Their customer support is very poor. The only way I am getting able to communicate with them is via email which is a very slow way to trouble shoot anything. Basically, they answer one question a day, not even solve a issue a day... Their time is running out. I already have a rma and will be returning the system. I ask simple questions, all I get are cut an paste responses from a script... If you have a chance, get your rma or you will have to eat whatever money you spent. I can tell this tech support person I am talking to dont understand half of what he is supposed to.
