vanguard wireless remote

I am having trouble getting the wireless signal to go through a metal building. Any help or suggestions??

Metal and RF don't mix well as you have found out! I don't own a vanguard cam But understand they can be used wired directly. You may have to reposition the cam so  you have a clear line of sight to it from your remote with no large metal object in between the two! A RF repeater may work if you can find a spot which again isn't blocked by the metal!
