CM15A Hardware Changes in Past 2 Years?

I bought AHP nearly three years ago, and suffered through the period where the doggone things had significant reliability problems.  Then got a replacement unit that allowed X10 to pull diagnostic reports from it.  It's been working like a champ.  I am finally setting up a camera and wanted to get the security and MyHome software, and ended up buying another AHP bundle with a CM15A, all software options, and a lamp module.  Soooo, my question is, is there any reason to change out my CM15As?  I would need to do the antenna mod on the new one.

The reason I ask is that on the X10PRO website for people interested in being contractors they say something about a new CM15A with 8 times more memory.  Are there any hardware changes since a couple of years ago?

Thanks for your help!

Is there a pro version of the CM15a? wonder if they addressed the range problem along with the increase in memory.

I don't believe so.  I've never seen either the old CM11A or the CM15A on the X10Pro site.

Does anyone know the total memory available in the CM15A?
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

I just went back to X10PRO.com, clicked on the "Coming Soon to X10Pro" box in the center of the screen, and you get the standard ad about AHP that then says:

NEW ActiveHome Professional's CM15A Computer Interface now has:
ΓΆβ,¬ΒΆ Eight times more memory
ΓΆβ,¬ΒΆ A built-in whole-house Transceiver
ΓΆβ,¬ΒΆ A USB computer connection and more

Maybe they mean it has 8 times the memory of whatever they used to sell...?   ???

Thanks for your thoughts,

Rob

I just checked the X10Pro site and when you click on Coming Soon to X10Pro" box in the center of the screen, what you get is exactly what's pitched on the Active Home Pro site, except for the "8 times the memory" comment.

Is 8 times the memory what CM15A has compared with the CM11A, which only had 1K, or are 15's sold after a certain date (like 1/2004) equipped with 8K?
