power fail

Hi

I need help. I just start to program X10 product. I just got CM11A (Model HC60CRX) . this module has RS232 interface. I connect to PC RS232 Port.

I follow X10 protocol. send 0x04, 0x66. checksum feedback always return 0xa5. no matter i restart, power on or power off. checksum always 0xa5.

does anybody can help me. tell me what cause the problem. How can i solve the problem.
