trouble getting sensor to activate macros
« on: February 24, 2007, 07:44:15 PM »

I've been working on my sensor and set it up to turn on 2 lights when activated.  Yet, it won't activate the macros.  You can see the sensor recognize movement (through the computer) and flashing the macros button - but nothing happens.  When I click on the Run Macro - I get it work.

Any suggestions on what I need to do?

Foil may do the trick. There have MANY antenna modifications made to the CM15A. I have just posted one of my own.

There is a thread for increasing the range of the CM15A  CLICK HERE

If the Macro button is flashing then the signal is getting to the CM15A. You could verify this by viewing the activity monitor.

Make sure that you have the box at the bottom of the macro checked so that the macro is downloaded to the CM15A. Also make sure that you download to the CM15A. You may want to unplug the CM15A, remove bettries, wait a couple of seconds and put the battries back in and plug the CM15A back in. This will clear all old information from the CM15A. You, of course, will need to download the program to the CM15A again.
