Hi,
I would love to buy things from X10, but I cannot view your site(s) using both IE and Firefox.

I connect using DSL, through a Linksys router. X10 is THE ONLY website that gives me these errors and make me unable to see it.

I've tried adjusting all of my Internet Options like add X10.com to my trusted sites, lower my security, make sure that SSL and TLS are enabled - no dice. I keep Getting these messages:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

   Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

   What you can try:

     More information

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

You have something wrong with your ISP.

I have no trouble viewing the X10 site with both IE and Firefox.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

You have any spam or spyware blockers?
Mine defaulted to blocking X10.com until I said it was ok.
