You know that a RF receiver on TM751 is better than CM15A !

Doe anyone tried (or know a MOD) to replace RF receiver inside a CM15A by TM751`s RF receiver ?

It would be very difficult, unless you are a real electronics whiz. The two devices are not similar.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

IMHO, just about anything is better than the CM15A's RF receiver.   ::)

Why bother to physically replace the RF receiver?  Just disable the built-in receiver on the CM15A, and use TM751's?   Personally, I continue to use my old CM14A, just as a transceiver.

Walt2 is right... the CM15A doesn't need to be RF at all. But if your using alot of codes, it can be handy to have just one transceiver. Of course there are some using a nice all code transceiver that is reported to have excellent range. But you apparently already own the CM15A, so why not try an antenna mod: http://www.x10community.com/forums/index.php?topic=9470.0
