[HELP] Why Would My Wall Switches Be Turning On By Themselves?

Why would my wall switches be turning on by them self's? I have 3 switches next to each other for the way my lites are set up. Does anyone ground these things ??? Please E Mail me the answer at Birdsonly@AOL.com, Thanks   ::)
