Control of Fluorescent lights on 3 way wall switches

Can anyone tell me how to add my fluorescent lights on three way switches to Active home Pro?  I'm under the impression that the two way and the three way wall modules only work with incandescent lights.  I haven't bought the 3 way wall module kit because of what I read.  THANKS for any help you could provide.  I guess you can tell I am a new novice to X10 Active home Pro, even though I've been using the Radio Shack version of modules and powered mini controllers for over 15 years, probably 20.
