[How-Do-I] Get Regular E-Mails From the Activity Monitor in AHP?

Does anyone know of a way to make the activity monitor log automatically save to file and then have that file sent by e-mail every hour or so. I would like to be able (when not home) to just look at my e-mail and see the log of things that have gone on in my home. or if AHP could just send log right from the program with use of a macro that starts my e-mail and then sends it. any help would be appreciated.
