I just purchased the 4 camera system, I want to be able to hook it up to my computer and be able to
monitor my home from my office or anyway for that matter, well I'm not real clear on what I need to do,
Do I need special software/hardware for this, there were no instructions or software in the box, and I
tried to contact the live chat and he was about as much help as a democrat at the republican convention.
please help me out here I would greatly appreciate it

Did the system you purchased include any software... or video adapter to get the camera video to your PC?

What you would like to do..... is very do-able with X10. Just a little more info about what you have would be helpful. All the info and help you could need can be found here at the forum.

No, it came with no software.....
4 cameras, 2 color 2 B/W, pan & tilt and everything
to hook it up to the PC, but no software.
What I am trying to do is be able to monitor my home/yard from
any PC anywhere at anytime, and I'm just not sure how to do that
I think X10 is a great inexpensive product, but leaves a little to  be desired
when it comes to documentation on hooking up and using the product....
there was none!

There are some installation instructions in the X10 Support Area and maybe in the KB.
