when i test the units turn on and off but when i try on fountian it will not turn it on

when i test the tm751 it works but when i plug into fountian it will not turn on or off what do i do?

Do you understand that a TM751 is designed to respond ONLY to RF signals and NOT to signals received over the AC power line?

Yesterday it worked.
Today it doesn't work.
X10 on Windows is like that.
