Hello I have 3 cameras all being controlled by the TM751 at 1 point I could change and control all 3 cameras with my X10 scanpad now all I get is static could my TM751 be going out at one point I had it in my garage because it made that awful clicking noise and that drove my wife crazy. Is there a way to test to see if this is the source of my problems?? Thanks for the help

It will not put static on a wireless signal. If it is not receiving the remotes signal or sending the on off signal on the powerline. You could loose control of the cameras.
If by accident it send an On signal to the 4th address of your camera group. That would turn all 3 others off and all you would get is static.
The TM751 is it in a cool area of the garage? It is possible the ratchet of the on off mechanism is sticking or not working. I believe the module will try a few times to see if it did turn on or off. Note only Unit 1 of the House/Unit address will turn it on or off. Like if your cameras are C1 to C4. A C1 on or off will also try and turn its appliance type switch on or off also.

Let me go way out on a limb here and make a wild guess. After you moved the transceiver to a place where the wife wouldn't hear the (number 1 unit code) click [the relay]. Your setup quit working correctly.

Which would mean NONE of the cameras are "talking" with the transceiver now. (as a test) If you move it back... and the cameras work... you could look for another place for the transceiver. Or you could leave the transceiver in the garage and reconfigure the units so as NOT to use unit code #1.

I moved it back inside the house now it will not controll the cameras at all that is why I think there is something wrong with it. Is there a way to test the unit before I buy another one??

I had one act-up after a power failure once. I have also had one fail.... same one now that I think about it.

Does it click when you send the House Code it is set to and a Unit1?
Can you as a test move the TM751 close to one of the cameras supplies and see if it then can control that camera? Try unplugging ONE of the cameras and then wait a minute. reconnect it. Most default to ON so you should be able to at least see that one is getting to the receiver on the off chance the receiver is flaky.
