help with appliance modules

please help me someone i have the active home pro software and i am using appliance modules to light up my christmas lights, i am setting the timers to come on one thing only half of them come on and second when i set them to go off they never go off why is this i am saving it to the modules what am i doing wrong!

What type of lights?
Can you turn them directly on and off with AHP?
Low current LED type maybe a problem as Appliance Modules have a sensing circuit that may keep them on partially or they are making noise and the Off command never is seen.
If direct control works, we then know it is a timer issue.

yes if i use the system remote control i can turn them on and off, but if i try to control them by the computer to come on and cut off they don't cut off

Make SURE your timers have both ON and OFF times. When setting up timers it's easy to miss either on or off times.
