 now how can I get this to switch to each camera like go to 1 for 3 seconds the the seconds camera for 3 seconds then the third for 3 seconds  or even display all 3 at ounce ?

The Va11A is only capable of showing one video feed (Cam) at a time! 
You can how ever switch from one cam to the next by sending that cams X10 address via the firecracker!
I can't remember if the Xray Vission software has a time setting to switch between cams but it should be under options if it has this!
If your planing to create your own program you'll need to controll the CM17A bkjr   posted a link with info for doing this in Re: CM17A, firecracker software problem as well as some sample screen shots of interfaces he made! Of coarse he hasn't intefaced with a cam Yet!
