This has been discontinued, I'm looking for a used one, someone that doesn't need theirs any more.

Be careful.  They are kind-of kludgy and buggy.
* Sears Home Control System, Radio Shack Plug 'n Power, NuTone, Stanley LightMaker, BSR, HomeLink.
* Tecmar Device Master, CP290 (LightHouse), CM11A (AH), CM14A (AH2), CM15A (AHPro).

Is still being used on a continuous basis?

I just have some "odd" things happen, occasionally (once every couple of months), with mine. 

Can you get it to remotely arm/disarm?
