Never Assume
« on: March 02, 2008, 06:04:04 PM »

 ;DGreetings Everyone ;D

For the past months I've been involved in trying to help Veterans who were involuntarily retired for medical disability under title 10 United States Code Chapter 61, receive the benefits they earned and deserve. I plan to continue in this effort until ALL of OUR VETERANS are treated fairly.

However I will drop by now & then to see what the "Old Geezers" are up to. ;D ;D ;D

Since I'm here, please allow me to try and be useful.

Advice to remember
In trouble shooting, NEVER ASSURE ANYTHING is in proper working order.
Follow the guides & tips that you find here on the forum, EXACTLY.
It will save you time and not raise your stress to the heart attack level.

Just remember NEVER ASSUME. Don't skip anything or take any short cuts.
Just because batteries are new, doesn't make them GOOD.
Just because you have GOOD batteries in a unit, doesn't mean that the unit is GOOD.
Just because you don't see scorch marks, doesn't mean it isn't burned out.
And so fort.....
Etc.. Etc.. Etc..
Never Ever Assume when trouble shooting !

Also look at the SIMPLE stuff first. I have gone off on a tangent when the whole problem was a simple one.  ::)
