I have a 2 yo CM15A unit that will receive and update programming screen but fails to output to any X10 devices.
After hours of trying to get it to work I have decided to throw in the towel

Who do I send it too?

Tom

Your local garbage collector.

Yesterday it worked.
Today it doesn't work.
X10 on Windows is like that.

If it is out of warranty. It maybe better to just get a new one as I doubt X10 fixes them.

My CM15 was 2 years old as of July 15, 2007 and it's still working fine.  Are your sure you didn't add a new electronic device recently?  Computers, Televisions, among others are major noise producers that block X10 signals.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!
