I purchased the package with Home Pro, and all of the plugins, but never received the download link. I found the links to all of the packages (except for OnAlert) and how to add your order number to get the download. I tried calling the support number and waited on hold for over a half an hour and gave up. I used the chat support option and the sent me a link for Home Pro. I used chat support again, and they said they would email the software to me, but nada. I have also emailed support and never received a reply.
Does anyone have access to the OnAlert software? Is there any other way to get ahold of it?
