Reverett,

I noticed that line 1 of your activity monitor showed a  "O Bright 100%" instead of a "O ON" command.  This indicates that the Cm15a is sending out a string of "Bright commands" to achieve a simple "ON".  This takes a lot of time and is extremely hard on receivers and repeaters (easy to screw up).

To change this select "Tools/Preferences/Macro Options" and check the box "Issue ON in place of Bright 100%".  Make sure you save the configuration to the interface after making the change.



This should make things easier for your devices to interpret and less prone to disruptions from noise, etc.  It's possible that you had this "checked" in the past, and it became disabled through an upgrade or re-install.

This obviously won't help with a two hour delay, but it should make things more reliable when your timers do run.
