Improve the video signal range of wireless cameras?
« on: June 09, 2008, 10:27:19 AM »

Does anyone have an ideas on how to improve the video signal range of the X10 FloodCam wireless cameras?
I have currently 2 setup and another to be added as well as a ninja camera and it is difficult to get a quality image from any of them.

jolly, I have 3 floodcams. @ worked well when hooked up and 1 did not. First off the back of the camera has to face the receiver. On one of mine I could not make this happen due to where I mounted it. The solution I found is in the link below that I posted elsewhere. This works but cost a bit more to do. click on the link below.

Hey wouldn't that also work as a way to connect a 'wired' cam into your wireless system?   Was wondering about that cause i have a couple of IR cams that work off of RCA that pickup better than my wireless low-light cams.   -:)
