My CP290 ran and ran and ran without reprogramming, until the AC power failed and the backup battery ran down. It was then that I discovered that I couldn't find the cable to program it with. Does anybody know the pinout of the cable, or have a spare to sell; or is there a dealer that sells new ones?

Thanks

Or buy this, and only use the cable?

From the picture, this looks like the older 25 pin serial plug.  (No problem if you have a 25 to 9 pin adapter or are willing to solder on a new plug.)

Yesterday it worked.
Today it doesn't work.
X10 on Windows is like that.
