My CM15A worked fine for about three days.
Then without anything changing, I started to get the following pop-up every minute or so:

An error has occurred while
communicating with your ActiveHome
USB Interface. To make sure that your
timers and macros continue to run,
click OK to download your settings to
the interface.
    Ok                   Cancel

Anyone got any ideas on how to debug this problem?
Thanks.

take out battery's unplug and plug in the usb then the battery's then plug into the wall. Try another USB port.

Seems this is being talked about in 2 threads but Have you reloaded the software. Remember to uninstall it first.

Uninstalling and reinstalling will not correct it.

It's been there since AHP was first issued.

See my post in ActiveHome Pro General where you also posted the exact same "problem".
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!
