That "Customizable Wall Mounted Controller" is probably a Leviton 16400. We use a bunch of them here. You can buy different switch faces that range from 1 to 4 buttons. A nice feature of that unit is the LED status indicators that can be turned on and off remotely. They also indicate which commands were most recently sent.
Sometimes you can pick up a 16400 for a good price on eBay. They are usually listed on Amazon at too. In addition to the 16400 base, you will have to buy the appropriate switch face for your application.
A similar touch screen controller is the ADI Leopard. That can be programmed to do pretty much anything. We use the their Ocelot, which doesn't include the touch screen.
